Please note that during busy holiday periods, order processing may take a little longer than usual due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

As a reminder, we’re unable to cancel orders or apply discount codes after checkout, so we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1–7 business days unless otherwise noted. This refers to     processing and packaging time only, and does not include the delivery time.

Please note: Selecting a faster shipping method does not expedite processing—it only speeds up delivery after your order has shipped. Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable, fulfillment may be delayed, or your order may be canceled and refunded. You will be notified   by email in either case.


Shipping Options & Insurance

USPS Media Mail
Most affordable shipping.  Does not come with insurance coverage. 

USPS Priority Mail  
Includes up to $50 of insurance for most domestic shipments (some restrictions apply).


Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track shipments directly via the USPS website.
Sinkhole Press cannot provide additional tracking information beyond what is provided by the carrier.


Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, returned, or damaged packages.

  • Damaged Mail: Retain all packaging and contact USPS to file a claim.
  • Missed Deliveries: If a package is returned due to missed delivery, additional shipping fees will apply. Use your tracking number to stay informed and contact your local post office to reschedule delivery if needed.


Pre-Orders
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be held until everything is ready to ship.
  • If you'd like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order or email us at info@sinkhole.press with your order number. We'll send an invoice for additional shipping costs.

Important Pre-Order Terms:
  • All pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Release dates are estimates and may change without notice.


Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns
  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
